Our team performs a Security Risk Assessment that includes identifying all electronic devices that are used to generate, store or transmit Electronic Protected Health Information (EPHI).  We identify all doors, windows, and security systems in the facility that may be associated with physical security risks.  We provide a gap analysis report that identifies the risks and a suggested plan of action to mitigate the risk.
